Killerhabits Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Killerhabits mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Teqqed B.V. (“Killerhabits”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment, subscription, or in app purchases. Pricing may change at any time. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable platform provider. App Store and Google Play billing terms may also apply.

4. Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Killerhabits and Teqqed B.V. do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscriptions
  • In app purchases
  • Credits
  • Digital products
  • Premium features
  • Unused time
  • Partial subscription periods

By purchasing a subscription or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Services
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services
  • Use the Services for harmful, fraudulent, or illegal purposes
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access at our sole discretion.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. However, by submitting content, you grant Killerhabits and Teqqed B.V. a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, host, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. AI Generated Content

The Services may include AI generated recommendations, responses, summaries, or other outputs. AI generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain situations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only
  • You use AI generated content at your own risk
  • Killerhabits does not guarantee accuracy or reliability
  • The Services do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, trademarks, designs, content, and technology, remain the exclusive property of Teqqed B.V. and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KILLERHABITS AND TEQQED B.V. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE
  • RESULTS WILL MEET EXPECTATIONS

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KILLERHABITS, TEQQED B.V., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • PERSONAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KILLERHABITS DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Killerhabits and Teqqed B.V. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: Your use of the Services Your violation of these Terms Your violation of applicable laws Your submitted content

13. Third Party Platforms

Your use of the Services may also be subject to third party platform rules, including Apple App Store and Google Play terms. We are not responsible for third party services or platforms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on: https://killerhabits.app Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
